kiva.org

I came to know about kiva.org in today's Toastmaster's meeting. The idea seems to be around the concept of 'micro loans'. Mohamed Yunis from Bangladesh got Nobel Prize for peace for his work in microloans for millions of Bangladeshi's. I want to find out what this is about.
